Limited Warranty
The Limited warranty covers SURE FILTER® products provable defect or production flaw, and in such case that product, as well as repair damage caused by faulty filter. Please follow the Warranty Claim Procedure to ensure proper care.
Note that the Limited Warranty does not extend to products that were damaged by external factors (such as improper installation, improper application, usage past an expiration date, or a failure to adhere to maintenance requirements). All complaints are subject to tests and investigations to determine validity, follow instructions on the Claim Form.

Quality Standards
Laboratory Testing
Each filtration system tested to meet or exceed the efficiency, life expectancy and industry quality standards. These tests include:
Triple Loop MultiPass Test
Micron-sized liquid particles are filtered through all products. This test is used to identify any leakage or drain-back issues.
Air Filter Tester Stand
Air filters are subjected to efficiency tests, including: terminal pressure resistance, airflow resistance, and pressure drop resistance.
Vibration Test
Testing filter resilience under various vibration conditions to ensure structural integrity.
Cold and Hot Chambers Tests
The chambers are used to test the resilience of each product in different weather conditions, SURE FILTER® use chambers with temperatures reaching up to +130°C and plummeting to -60°C.
Impulse Test
Seal performance is key with all filters and separators. Impulse test uses fluctuating cycles to evaluate how each seal responds to motor activity.
Salt Spray Test
Corrosion testing. Allows to determine how each product performs when exposed to high-levels of salt (up to 72 hours for spin-on applications).
Burst Strength Test
Pressure resistance testing during the seaming phase of production to control seal and gasket integrity.
